Standards
- 200 m in total, which may be several laps depending on the venue.
- Arms straight by your sides, carrying both kettlebells at all times while moving.
- You may put them down if they do not move forward when you do.
- Return them upright to the right box, or take a 30-second penalty.
Pacing tips
- Walk fast with short steps. Running usually costs more than it saves.
- If you need a break, take one planned break rather than several short ones.
- Check the lap count on the athlete map before race day. A missed lap is 3 minutes.
